Each day, one hidden 5-, 6-, or 7-letter word is selected as the Daily Word. Your mission is simple: figure out the word before the day ends.

You won’t have to start completely in the dark. The challenge begins with three letters revealed, giving you your first clues to the mystery word. From there, playing and winning Speed Wordz matches can help you uncover additional letters and move closer to solving the puzzle.

Daily Word Hunt adds another objective to your regular Speed Wordz games. Every victory can bring you one step closer to discovering the hidden word—and finding it earns you bonus XP.

How Daily Word Hunt Works

Daily Word Hunt is designed to be simple to understand but challenging enough to keep you guessing.

At the beginning of each day, Speed Wordz selects a new hidden word containing five, six, or seven letters. Three letters from the word are initially revealed while the remaining letters stay hidden.

Your goal is to use the revealed letters, their positions, and your own vocabulary skills to determine the complete word.

You can make a guess whenever you think you’ve figured it out. If you’re not ready to guess, keep playing Speed Wordz. As you earn wins, additional letters can be revealed, giving you more information about the mystery word.

The challenge continues throughout the day until you successfully identify the word or the Daily Word Hunt resets for the next day’s puzzle.

Because there is a different word each day, there’s always a new reason to return and see whether you can solve the latest hunt.

Play to Reveal More Letters

The more you play and win, the more help you can earn.

Daily Word Hunt begins by revealing three letters from the hidden word. After that, additional letters can be unlocked through your regular Speed Wordz victories.

Every 2 Wins = 1 Additional Letter

Earn two wins and another hidden letter is revealed.

If you still can’t identify the word, continue playing. Another two wins can reveal another letter, gradually making the puzzle easier to solve.

This creates a connection between the Daily Word Hunt and your regular Speed Wordz matches. Instead of simply being handed clues, you can earn them through gameplay.

You can also choose to take a chance and submit your answer before revealing every letter. If you recognize the word early, trust your vocabulary and make your guess.

Need a Hint? Reveal a Letter

Sometimes one more letter is all you need.

Players can also have an opportunity to watch a rewarded ad to reveal an additional letter in the Daily Word Hunt.

This gives you another option when you’re close to solving the puzzle but don’t quite have enough information.

You decide how you want to approach the hunt: keep playing matches to earn another reveal, use an available rewarded reveal, or take your best shot at solving the word with the clues you already have.

The choice is yours.

Finding the Daily Word doesn’t just solve the puzzle—it can also earn you bonus XP.

The longer the mystery word, the greater the reward:

A five-letter word may be easier to narrow down, while a seven-letter challenge can require more careful thinking and additional clues.

Either way, solving the Daily Word gives you another opportunity to build your XP while testing your vocabulary.

Can You Solve It Early?

You don’t have to wait until every available letter has been revealed.

But revealed letters can sometimes fit several possible words. You’ll need to consider the length of the word, the position of each known letter, and the combinations that could fill the remaining spaces.

Players with strong pattern-recognition and vocabulary skills may recognize the Daily Word after only a few clues. Others may prefer to earn additional reveals before submitting an answer.

There is no single strategy. Sometimes the fun is seeing just how quickly you can crack the word.

Daily Word Hunt resets with a new challenge every day.

Yesterday’s solution won’t help you today. A new hidden word means a new combination of letters to analyze and a new opportunity to earn the daily reward.

The rotating challenge is designed to give players something different to pursue alongside regular matches. You might log in intending to play one game and discover that you’re only one victory away from revealing the letter you need.

Or you may see the first three letters and immediately think you know the answer.
